Terre Roasting is a dream come true for the owners, Gabe and Mandy Booher. Since they first opened their doors in 2010 they’ve been striving for quality and excellence with every cup of coffee they serve. From the humble beginnings of a tiny drive through shop without running water; Terre Coffee and Bakery has grown into four bustling coffee shops where the delicious, made from scratch, artisan goods are baked fresh every day.
The years between found Gabe and Mandy pouring their hearts into Terre Coffee and Bakery, researching ingredients and developing recipes to source as many of their products in house as they could manage, (including their own house made sauces, flavors and syrups) until the next step was roasting their own coffee. One sophisticated coffee roaster, several intensive coffee roasting courses and several hundred pounds of practice coffee beans later, Gabe and Mandy Booher along with their dedicated team, (hi Aubrey!) are thrilled to introduce Terre Coffee Roasters!
