Our Sun Up Bay Roast features medium roasted coffee beans that have been grown in high elevations of South America. Roasted a bit longer than other beans, this blend provides a deep toastiness reminiscent of toasted chestnuts blended with the chocolatey endnotes of brownie, and caramel syrupy sweetness.
